Q: Can Dr. Siedlarz be my child's primary care doctor / general pediatrician?
A: No. Dr. Siedlarz is working in the areas specific to development, behavior, and wellness and does not do primary care. Her experience as a primary care pediatrician has given her a lot of experience and a wish to fulfill this very needed role.
Q: Does Dr. Siedlarz accept insurance and which ones?
A: YES. Currently, Dr. Siedlarz is contracting to be on several insurance plans. She accepts BCBS (PPO and HMO - HMO needs a referral), Aetna, United Health (Optum), TriCare, and is a Medicaid provider. She is an out-of-network provider for Cigna. She is contracting with more as need arises. She is happy to work with her patients and families to help them be seen and cared for. Zenflower accepts all payment forms - check, cash, credit card - and works on flexible payment plan schedules if needed. Please call or email for details.
Q: Does Dr. Siedlarz provide telemedicine appointments?
A: Yes. The eligibility for telemedicine may depend on the situation. If there is a need for an in-person evaluation, this may not be an option. This will be discussed on the first phone consultation that all patients receive before the first visit.
Q: Does Dr. Siedlarz do home visits? Yes. Dr. Siedlarz is happy to do home consultations and visits. Please contact her for details. Additional payment for travel and time may be discussed depending on individual situation and needs.
